AI automation services for businesses that run on manual work
Four services, one aim: fewer hours spent on work a system should be doing. Every engagement starts with an audit, so you know what you are buying before you buy it.
Service 01
AI Workflow Automation
The multi-step work that moves between inboxes, spreadsheets and systems every day — running on its own instead of on someone’s to-do list.
Nearly every business has a few processes that were never really designed. They grew. Someone exports a report, someone else reformats it, a third person copies the numbers into another system and sends a confirmation. It works — but it eats hours, it breaks when a person is on leave, and it is where most errors come from.
Workflow automation replaces that chain with a system. Information arrives once, gets validated, and moves through the steps automatically, with a person involved only where judgement is genuinely needed.
What we build
- Document processing — invoices, purchase orders and forms read, checked against your records, and posted into your accounting or ERP system
- Data movement between systems that were never designed to talk to each other, with deduplication and consistent formatting
- Approval chains that route to the right person, chase automatically when they go quiet, and log every decision
- Scheduled reporting that assembles itself from live data and arrives on time, every time
- Onboarding sequences that create the accounts, folders, records and reminders a new client or employee needs
- Exception handling, so anything unusual stops and alerts a human instead of failing silently
What changes
- Hours come back to the people who were doing the copying and checking
- Errors from manual re-entry largely disappear, because data is entered once
- The process survives holidays, resignations and busy periods
- You get an audit trail of what happened and when
Service 02
AI Agents & Internal Copilots
Assistants that know your business specifically — your documents, your catalogue, your policies — and can act inside your systems rather than just talk about them.
A general chatbot knows the internet. It does not know your pricing rules, your supplier terms or the policy your team argued about in March. That gap is why most off-the-shelf AI tools get tried once and quietly abandoned.
An agent built on your own material closes it. It retrieves the relevant document before answering, shows where the answer came from, and — where you allow it — takes the next step itself: updating a record, drafting the reply, raising the ticket.
What we build
- Internal knowledge assistants that answer staff questions from your SOPs, contracts and product data, with citations back to the source
- Research and summarisation agents that read long documents or tenders and return only the parts that affect a decision
- Drafting copilots that produce first-pass quotes, proposals and responses from your own templates and live data
- Action-taking agents wired into your CRM or ERP, with tightly scoped permissions and a human approval step where it matters
- Retrieval pipelines that keep the agent current as your documents change, instead of going stale after launch
What changes
- New staff get useful answers without interrupting a senior colleague
- Knowledge stops living only in a few people’s heads
- Work that took forty minutes takes five, with a person still approving it
- Answers are traceable — you can see which document produced them
Service 03
Chatbots & Voice Agents
Front-line assistants that pick up on chat, WhatsApp and phone, handle the routine, and hand anything real to a person with the context already gathered.
Most enquiries are variations of the same dozen questions, and most arrive when nobody is free to answer. The cost is rarely dramatic — it is a slow leak of leads that went cold and customers who gave up waiting.
A conversational assistant covers that gap. It answers from your actual information, qualifies what is worth qualifying, books the meeting, and escalates cleanly the moment a human is needed, with everything it has already learned attached.
What we build
- Website chat assistants trained on your products, pricing rules and policies — not generic web content
- WhatsApp Business assistants for enquiries, order status and reminders, on the channel your customers already use every day
- Voice agents that answer the phone out of hours, take details accurately and place them straight into your CRM
- Lead qualification flows that ask the right questions, score the answers and route hot leads to a person immediately
- Appointment booking wired to real calendar availability, with confirmations and reminders
- Clean human hand-off, so nobody repeats themselves to a person after talking to a bot
What changes
- Enquiries get a response at 11pm and on Sundays, not just in office hours
- Your team stops answering the same routine questions
- Fewer no-shows, because reminders actually go out
- Every conversation is logged, so you learn what customers really ask
Service 04
AI Consulting & Roadmap
A clear-eyed look at where AI genuinely earns its cost in your business, where it does not, and the sensible order of work.
There is enormous pressure to “do something with AI” and very little clarity about what. The result is usually one of two failures: an expensive pilot that never reaches production, or a year of nothing while everyone waits for certainty.
Our consulting work is deliberately unglamorous. We map how your business actually operates, identify where automation pays back in a sensible period, size the cost and risk, and give you a ranked plan. Some of what we find will not be an AI problem at all — and we will say so.
What we build
- Process mapping based on interviews with the people doing the work, not an org chart
- An opportunity register — each candidate scored on hours saved, error reduction, build cost and risk
- A data readiness check, because most automation projects fail on messy data rather than on models
- Build-versus-buy guidance, including where an off-the-shelf tool beats anything custom
- Governance basics — what data may go where, who approves what, how you protect client confidentiality
- A costed roadmap with a recommended first project and a clear definition of success
What changes
- A written roadmap you own and can take to any vendor, including one that is not us
- Realistic cost and timeline figures instead of guesses
- A defensible answer about what you are doing with AI and why
- Confidence about what to ignore — usually the more valuable half
Engagement models
Three ways to work with us
Most clients start small and expand once something is proven in production. We would rather earn the second project than oversell the first.
Audit
A fixed-scope review of your processes and systems, ending in a prioritised, costed roadmap. Yours to keep and act on however you choose.
Build
A defined automation or agent, quoted as a fixed piece of work, delivered in short review cycles against your real data and handed over documented.
Run
Monthly retainer covering monitoring, failure alerts, fixes and reasonable changes as your process evolves, plus a standing block of improvement time.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the first call is for. Tell us what is slow or painful and we will tell you which of these — if any — is the right starting point.
