Who we are

What we collect

If you submit the enquiry form or email us, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide. We collect nothing else about you through that form.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site securely and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and continue the resulting conversation. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with the request and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.

Where it is processed

This site is served through Cloudflare’s network. Enquiry data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and forwarded to our own email. If we add further processors, we will list them here.

Client data in our project work

Data we handle during a client engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, not by this policy. As a rule we build inside the client’s own accounts so their data does not transfer to us, and we scope access to only what a given automation requires.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nexego.ai and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie present is strictly necessary for the security or delivery of the site itself.
