Who we are

What we collect

If you submit the enquiry form or email us, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide.

With each enquiry we also record the time it arrived, the country your request came from, and your browser’s user-agent string. We keep those three to tell real enquiries from automated ones.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site securely and protect it from abuse.

We set no analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not profile you, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and continue the resulting conversation. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with the request and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.

Who else handles it, and where

Two companies process enquiry data on our behalf. We use no others, and we list any addition here.

• Cloudflare serves this site and stores each enquiry. Its network is global, so a request may be handled outside India.
• FormSubmit.co delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email. When you press send, your browser passes your name, company, email address, phone number and message to FormSubmit for that delivery. It is an email relay: it is not given the record we keep, and it is not permitted to use your details for anything else.

Everything else the site needs, including its fonts, is served from our own domain. No content is loaded from a third-party network, so visiting a page does not reveal your visit to anyone but us and Cloudflare.

Client data in our project work

Data we handle during a client engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, not by this policy. As a rule we build inside the client’s own accounts so their data does not transfer to us, and we scope access to only what a given automation requires.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nexego.ai and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie present is strictly necessary for the security or delivery of the site itself.
