Credits are how your assistants' work is counted
Each reply your assistant sends uses credits. A typical customer conversation uses about 8 credits, so 4,000 credits cover about 500 conversations.

₹2,000 an hour
For every early customer until 30 November 2026, setup help costs a flat ₹2,000 an hour instead of ₹2,500. For example, 3 hours cost ₹6,000 plus GST. Pay once by UPI, bank transfer or invoice. If your setup has not started within 60 days, you get a full refund. Refund terms
Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. Plans are monthly with no setup fee. Setup help is optional and charged by the hour, and your first setup on the free plan is free.
Are prices with or without GST?
All prices shown are without GST. Indian customers pay 18% GST on top, and every invoice is a GST invoice. If your business is GST-registered, add your GSTIN to claim input tax credit.
Can I deduct TDS?
Yes, if your business is required to. We refund or credit the TDS once it appears against our PAN and you share the certificate.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. An upgrade starts at once, with the unused part of your old plan credited. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and your account moves to the free plan with everything kept. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
When WhatsApp is connected, Meta charges your business directly for the message types it bills, at Meta's own prices. NexeGo credits cover only the AI work.
Do you offer prices outside India?
